When can I find you at Pike Place Market?
Our flagship retail store is open every day! Mondays through Thursdays, we are open from 10:00 to 5:00. Fridays through Sundays, we are open from 9:00 to 6:00.
Where in the market are you located?
Our store is on level 4 of the market (the first floor below street level) right next to the famous Market Magic Shop. If you are on the cobblestones, take any of the stairs or ramps down one level from the main market arcade (the long building under the famous signs). We will be on the west side of that floor, overlooking beautiful Elliott Bay! Lost in the market? Give us a call at 206-424-8624 and we can give you directions!
Are all of your products available online?
Yes, every product currently available is here on the website for easy adoption!
Can I order online and pick up my order at the market?
Yes. Just select the ‘pick up’ option (instead of ‘shipping’) when checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide and have sent Pastry Pets to many far-flung corners in our decade+ of business.
Will I have to pay customs or duty fees if ordering from outside the USA?
Potentially. We have no control over which fees are imposed once a package arrives at an international destination. We recommend looking up the customs fees for your country before ordering so that you can be prepared for any additional costs.
Do you accept returns?
Generally yes. Because each of our products and each potential return reason is so different, we ask that you please contact us to talk about a return!
Do you accept custom orders?
No. Our design schedule is already very full and we are quite busy!
